At SINOBOOM we pride ourselves on product safety and durability and here we detail the rigorous tests we put each product through in order to bring you the highest level of safety.
Electric scissor lateral stability test:
We demonstrate how scissor lift models show that the equipment will not tip at even a 2° roll (standard is 1.5°).
Pothole test:
The equipment simulates the tire falling into the pit and shows that the vehicle remains stable.
Diesel scissor lift site adaptability test:
A 16-meter diesel scissor lift successfully traverses a 250mm-high sleeper.
Gradient stability test for a diesel boom lift:
On a 5.5° gradient, with the boom fully raised and fully extended, with a load of 110KG, the equipment remains stable.
Gradeability test:
The new 42-meter telescopic boom was tested using SINOBOOM’s patented variable track design and the results showed that a 40% slope is no problem for this model!
The drop test:
This test simulates an 18-meter articulated boom lift under extreme conditions. The rated load is 250kg, and 120kg is then used to simulate the impact of a load being thrown from the work platform, and compromising the stability of the entire equipment. Despite this, the test highlights the excellent stability of our equipment and showed that the chassis did not move.
